OBX Airplanes, Manteo

I booked a standard flight, with an upgraded tour to make it a little bit longer, as a surprise for my fiance's birthday. Our pilot, Cameron, made it absolutely wonderful! He was ready to go when we arrived, friendly, and gave us many pointers and historical facts as we flew over different parts of Manteo, Nags Head, and Kill Devil Hills. The entire thing was super informative and very memorable. Thanks guys, we had a blast! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering it!

Sam the pilot was very informative and was able to answer any questions asked. He presented himself very professionally yet informally and made it a very enjoyable experience for my wife and I. This was her first time in a small aircraft and she loved it. We took the 40 minute flight that circled the Sandune’s as well as the Wright memorial and more. Well worth the money! We plan on doing this again.

FABULOUS experience! We booked the 10-15 minute Cessna flight for our family and had a great flight over the Outer Banks! Booking/payment/waivers are super easy and the location is easy to find and park at. Our pilot, Sam, was super professional and took the time to talk flight mechanics and training with our teen who is interested in flying. Couldn’t recommend this more! Do it!

An amazing experience! We took a 20 minute flight in a bi-plane which was the perfect amount of time. Jenny is a fabulous and experienced pilot who gave us fun facts as we passed around OBX. We even passed by the Wright Brother's monument. Had fun every minute and felt safe and secure the whole time. Extra friendly staff as well!

I would definitely recommend this place. It is a bit pricey, but worth the experience. We rode in the Cessna and Biplane. The staff/pilots were friendly. We arrived there a little bit early, but they took us right up, over Jockey's Ridge, the Wright Brothers Monument, etc.
