  • Super easy hike through old growth forest with the beach as the conclusion. Absolutely stunning — a MUST DO if you're in the area!

  • Beautiful walk through nature to get to an amazing beach. Walking trails throughout. Definitely a must go if you're in the area
  • Very pretty beach that is easily accessible from the trailhead. Beach gets popular so get there early.
  • This is a great little beach for surfing. Enough waves to make it worth the trip. It can be a little crowded on weekends so maybe a weekday hooky day is best!
  • 30 surfers and some volleyball setup. Fishing is not allowed. The geology consists of faulted, tilted sedimentary layers which are very interesting. I should have reread the geological maps before hiking. Quite a number of crinoids in disarray in some layers was my guess. The oldest layer I pondered was of various graded conglomerates near the creek’s eroded channel. Next time I’ll do my homework or take one of the books in my truck on the hike.
  • This is a yearly staple for me and fam!!! Love the short trail down to beach, sandy beach, body boarding, and surfing. Great spot for family!
