At The Peabody Ducks, witness one-of-a-kind ceremony in which marching ducks trot down the red carpet and up a small stairway into a marble fountain where they spend the rest of the day playing. • My wife and daughter absolutely adored the duck walk; our visit to Memphis would not have been complete without seeing them. Only bad thing was the crowd was so big it was hard to get a look in.

  • This tour is probably the best attraction, right up their with Graceland and Beale street! We were absolutely amazed by this tour, only $10 each and not to be missed. The guide “Doug the Duckmaster.....  more

  • Waited for hours in cramped conditions to see someone dressed up in the regalia and trumpets to await a waddle of ducks to go in a fountain.

  • This hotel is beautiful! The rooms were clean and updated. I love the motion sensor lights under the bed, so nice when you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was very nice. We didn’t get to see the duck march due to time constraints, but hopefully we can go back again and see them. The parking is great and there are a few really good places to eat nearby. I was concerned about the area when I reserved the room, but it ended up being okay. No different than any other downtown hotel. I would stay here over the Guest House at Graceland, Peabody was a million times nicer in my opinion.
  • It's a nice vintage place. Rooms were spacious though had a weird wet smell. There was no fridge in the room and no coffee at all times in the lobby Food was less than okay. Front desk were very friendly and helpful. Elevators took really a long time to come (want helpful during a conference) Unfortunately I missed the chance to see the duck march I might go back to the hotel if I had to
  • Our stay at the Peabody was great and really contributed to the overall quality of our vacation. The hotel is perfectly located near anything you could want to do downtown and is within walking distance of Beale St, Rendezvous, the FedEx forum arena, and more. All of the staff were extremely friendly and it's obvious that service is at the forefront at the Peabody. Parking was easy, plenty of spots in the garage, easy to get in and out. Both the Lobby Bar and the Corner Bar were unique and enjoyable. The March of the Peabody Ducks was so good we watched 3 times. The spa at the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is on the National Historic Register and has done a great job of updating while preserving the historical feel and keeping the hotel's history on the forefront. If there was one improvement I could make, it would be to update the mattresses, sheets, pillows, and towels. Those items just didn't seem to be of the same high quality as everything else in the hotel and would help it keep an up to date feel. If ever back in Memphis, I would absolutely stay at the Peabody again and would recommend it to friends and family.
  • The hotel is absolutely beautiful and a must see! For the price though, you are absolutely paying for the experience and not room quality. Although our room was one of the updated ones, the room still had a dirty feel. The couch had stains on it and there was a wet/humid feel the entire stay. Since the air could not be lowered, the room was uncomfortably warm and the nightlight sensors next to the bed were broken. On the plus side, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also has great shops and restaurants and is in a convenient location downtown.
  • The Peabody is by far my most favorite hotel of all time! I’ve been to hotels throughout the country and abroad and I just love this place. It is opulent, has great history, the staff is wonderful and accommodating, it’s true southern charm and hospitality please do yourself a favor and visit! The ducks are wonderful too! It’s almost like an all inclusive resort. Don’t forget about the awesome pool in the basement. We will be back!
