  • The Museum was packed. The site warns about health and safety and more than 600 people in one time slot is not a good idea. Don’t waste your money

  • Our two year old daughter loved the facility and had so much fun. We were very impressed by the first floor however the second felt a little out dated. Several Second floor exhibits did not work well. We get this is a kids facility & understand the stations are used probably more than desired. We appreciated the sanitizing stations and really enjoyed the art activity. Outdoor play area was under construction so no place to play and get fresh air we did take pictures at the front which our daughter very much enjoyed.
  • Incredible museum! My husband and I brought our 4 year old for her birthday and she LOVED it. We had the best time. There is so much to do! There are so many hands on experiences for kids here, and she had the best time. There is a bank, veterinarian office, cruise ship, grocery store, construction/building area, music, arts, I can't think of anything they didn't have. This is by far the most interactive children's museum we have ever been too.
  • It was our first time , we came in for a birthday day party. Let me tell you, what an amazing experience my daughter had, perfect place for kids. The birthday party, was amazing, the staff was always taking care of all things were running smooth. They gave us a welcome band at the entrance, and told us where to go. Overall, it was amazing place for kids to use their imagination and creativity.
  • This is a cute facility that seems small, but offers surprises around every corner. Just when you think there is nothing else to see, there is a new direction to explore. We paid for the sand blasted glass project, and the kids really enjoyed making their own designs and seeing how it comes out. We also participated in the art studio. For Hispanic history month we turned photos of Latin celebrities into art with our own flare. It was a great time.
  • We went to the Miami children's museum on a busy Saturday, It was very crowded and unenjoyable. There are multiple families attempting to allow their children to play in the small rooms. This normally wouldn't be an issue but due to Covid guidelines, people were not standing 6 ft apart but were instead forced to stand shoulder to shoulder with each other . Another issue that I had, was that children were left unattended and allowed to roam around the museum by themselves. This rule does not seem to be strictly enforced by the employees. In fact, I only saw a few employees walking around the museum during my two hours there; which I found to be odd. I also found it surprising that parents allowed their children to behave inappropriately and snatch toys from other children. Unfortunately, this occurred multiple times during our visit. Some parents were so focused on their phones that they did not adequately supervise their children. Other parents were so focused on getting the perfect picture of their child that they would physically block children from entering certain attractions (picture attached below). We also visited the museum on a Tuesday morning and it was a vastly different experience. The place was clean and you could actually enjoy each of the playrooms. It was not as busy/crowded. For the most part, the families that were present were attentive to other children. I would recommend visiting the museum on a weekday morning if possible. I would never recommend visiting this museum on a weekend.
