North Dakota State Fair Center, Minot

Went here the State Fair with kids. We loved it. We'll worth the time. Parking...can get atrocious so plan accordingly. Especially if you going to the concerts. 4th of July was a "BLAST!" Because you can be upfront but due to the derby my kids hearing issues were a concern. So waited until the end when it got darker. Kicked it in 4WD and went off-road a bit got almost a front row seat to see it. Went here again Norskfest. I can't justify 50$ for entry though for this event. Probably because of how awesome it was prior to Covid versus now... It pretty nifty and cool if you like this kinda thing.

It's THE place to be during the North Dakota State Fair. I had a blast, and I highly recommend that you check it out. It's the best entertainment all year.

Always a good time...this year they changed the carnival and it was for the better. all the rides were running and the variety was better. Also you can add money to your wristband to pay for games and food. And because the games are on credit the carnies arent hustling you to play.

Year 2019 is a good year for rides. Crabtree amusements took the carnival this year, and they have much better rides for the teenagers and adults (way more upside down ones this year). The free shows are the average every year ones. I miss the passenger tractors and heritage museum that was attached to the fairgrounds. I noticed a few food vendors decreased their prices, and that pulls me in. I normally skip out on food if the prices are too high. The rides are what makes the fair this year (and the PIZZA). Everything else is a little on the normal year to year.

Greatest fair I have ever been , very nicely planned out , ablutions are excellent , feel safe when walking around on grounds which l love , well done
