Von Thun's Country Farm Market, Monmouth Junction

I loveee everything about this farm ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We came here for the fall festivities the past 2 years and both trips were great! There is plenty of activities and for the price you cannot beat it! The food vendors are delicious too and damn that popcorn! It is Good! Visit them asap before the season ends. We have zerooo complaints ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

A very warm and friendly place to spend time with family and friends. They have tons of activities for kids and a few for adults as well. We went primarily for apple picking but spent most of our time at the pumpkin patch and their fall festival. There are a lot of things to keep everyone engaged such as their straw maze, corn maze, tractor rides for all, mini toy tractors for kids to name a few. We loved their Apple cider donuts, especially the cinnamon flavoured. The food options in the farms are limited, with no vegetarian options but there are a few restaurants close by (within 5 mins). Or you can pack you food as well.

This place is huge! You will easily spend a ton of hours here. There is a lot to do for children here and it's very reasonable.

I visited Von Thon Washington with my 8-10-12 year old grandkids. We had a great day from the hayride to the activity area which had over 15 different activities for the kids. We then went to pick our sunflowers and peach’s. We even got to meet and talk to “The Farmer’s Daughter” Christine. We spent just over 2 hours there and can’t wait to return fir apple and pumpkin picking.

Had a horrible experience here. Drove 35 mins to get here to only be told we have to leave. Upon our arrival we wanted to check out the farm and this lady with a raspy voice told us we could not come in as long we were with a school for safety reason even though we saw random people just walking in that weren’t part of the school. We asked if this would be put on the website because we drove all the way here and she responded saying that they can’t put everything on the website ? Very meanly. She also said that no one comes during the week to see the farm and only the weekends so she made it seem that this was our fault. We understand this for safety reasons for the kids but put it on your website so people like us don’t drive all the way here and be turned away. I also visit farms around NJ to find the best apple cider donuts and review these places. we have been on the multiple farms before when there was school trips and this was not a things at all. Overall she was very very rude when we’re asking simple questions. The experience here was horrible. Also, since i review donuts, FYI the donuts looked super dry as hell and not good. I didn’t even buy them.
