Napa Valley Wine Trolley, Napa

Had a great time on the Wine Trolley. Met many friendly people, enjoyed delicious wines from three different wineries, and learned a bit of Napa history from our driver Richard. I highly recommend spending the afternoon on the Wine Trolley.

We loved this trolley!! Richard, our guide, was very knowledgeable and did a great job with keeping us on time so we could get to three different wineries. He knows everything about the area and it was nice to get perspective from a local. We really liked how all three wineries were different from each other and the trolley ride around Napa was so fun. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on the trolley tour! Richard was our guide and he did a great job of explaining some of the details and background of Napa. The wineries we went to were beautiful with interesting and knowledgeable characters at each location. We met some fun people on the tour with us. Highly, highly recommend!

I was asked to give feedback via email and this is what I sent. No one from the company reached out to apologize. Back story: the trolley was switched out for a beat-down bus because it was pouring all day. Original email after the bus tour: Ultimately, I was disappointed in the tour. Our bus consistently leaked all over us in the back of the bus. Apparently Dennis knew this would happen and didn't warn us. (Note: other than this, Dennis was lovely.) Also, the quantity of people was far too high. I wish you would be more openly honest about the total number of people that could be on the tour so I could have decided if that would have worked for our group. Finally, the quality of the wineries was a huge problem. We only went to one winery that was actually in the vineyards and if that was the case, we could have saved all of that money and just done tasting rooms downtown. This tour was very difficult to do with a large group because there was never enough room for us to sit together. And lunch was basically a snack. We got one of each of the pizzas for 7 people at our table and left hungry. We actually ate other people's leftovers. Overall I would not recommend this tour and it was our only full day to be in Napa with the hope of visiting the beautiful wineries all day.

My girlfriends and I had a blast! We met new friends and got to be our rowdy selves while exploring local wineries and enjoying the Napa Valley scenery. Richard even gave us historical nuggets as we Trolleyed along! Warning... You will drink lots of wine! 😍
