rented some kayaks and took a very cold swim but refreshing. It is just a beautiful place wish we could have stayed longer. Bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Nice beach. Water is of course cold until you get use to it. 8 dollar entry fee. Walk out pretty far out into the lake. Sand is hot and course. Wasn't to busy but it was a Tuesday after noon...

Another fantastic beach! I’ve visited other beaches in the area for years, but this one escaped me for some reason. Until now. Long walks on the beach? Yes, this is that kind. The pathways from the parking lot to the beach is really short (less than 1 minute!). It’s a good place to swim. The shore is shallow for a good distance. Also a good place to launch an SUP, kayak, etc. Picnic tables are strewn along the beach. Beefy tables! Bring a shade structure of sorts if you’re staying for a while. Please note, wood-burning fires are prohibited. Bring your contained fuels to cook. Nice people are enforcing these rules so we may enjoy this place. Entry fee is $10. Two parking lots that would have plenty of parking without the construction equipment taking up space. The first parking lot has way more space. This is at the round-about. Restrooms are great! Clean and stocked (soap, toilet paper, paper towels). There are birds that will wait until you leave to pick up scraps (food or not). Be sure to pack out everything.

Beach was nice. Very pebble-y. Bring water shoes. No shade. There's restrooms in both parking lots, not porter potties. The kayak rental place is in between both parking lots on the beach. They take cash and card. Water was clean. Lots of boat activity.

I normally love this beach. With that being said, it's a horrible beach if you are disabled. They only have 1 handicap parking spot. They have a small parking lot near the only bathroom. With the only handicap spot. They have more spots but it's really far and very difficult to get the beach from. If you are disabled there is no way anyone can push or carry someone that far to the restroom. The one time I brought my brother who has CP I tried to drop him off closer to the bathroom to find a spot for us near it on the beach. A worker started yelling at us while I was pulling his gear out so he can be comfortable while he wait for me to go park the car and walk back to him. Even after explaining what I was doing she still told me she didn't care. They are not disabled friendly. When I emailed them about this, they pretty much told me it wasn't their problem. Don't go if you need a handicap spot and access.

Great views of the lake. The sunsets are gorgeous and there are benches laid out, so that you can sit, relax and soak in the view. I was here in late March and it gets really chilly in the evenings, with the temperatures falling to low 30s. You have to park the car by the road or on the other side of the highway. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I plan to come back here during the summers.
