  • What a cool place! Incredibly well kept and a rich history. The peacocks! - they are everywhere and very friendly. Beautiful flowers and water features. You can spend 2-4 hours just walking around taking everything in. Restaurant has good food and if you are looking for event spaces they can accommodate that as well. Staff is helpful and attentive. Grounds are super clean. Gift shop has some great items. If you are anywhere near you should definitely check this out.
  • Should offer a discounted winter rate, the lily pond was drained and only the camellias and magnolias were in bloom. Definitely come in spring time, its be more worth the money. The gardens in sure and gorgeous. And my kids loved the peacocks.
  • This garden is a work of art - I've photographed weddings here and visited for a day trip, it's stunning! Definitely a must see and a beautiful place to get married! - Loretta Lewis Photography
  • My kids and I love this place! My kids have been begging to go back. It is beautiful and peaceful. They also do weddings and events. The people are friendly, and the house tour is nice. The Cafe is good. Kids meals are about $4, and my BLT was $9 or so, so affordable!
  • Heaven manifested on Earth, amazingly caring people, such good energy, incredibly sculpted gardens, spectacular trees, coo eastern pieces, delicious restaurant, interesting story, and the absolute best most comfortable Southern seating on the porch, with a variety of birds thrown in for good measure, a must do experience
