    Seemed nice. Or at least the grounds were. The fort was closed. It appears it is closed more than it is open. Would have loved to go inside.

    We went in March, so the fort was closed. Great place to walk around and enjoy the historical area. It was free for us to visit that day.

    Nice park near the center of New London. It was a strategic fort at the mouth of the Thames River (mispronounced in the USA). Nice walking area and some decent views. We did not go into the fort...
