Located atop Pennsylvania Station, Madison Square Garden is a multipurpose indoor sports venue that hosts thousands of visitors every year. The arena also presents concerts and events. Renovations in 2011, 2012, and 2013 added interactive ticket kiosks and exhibits of photography and art on the walls leading to the arena's entrance. We attended an ice hockey game with the NY Rangers. The seats are very comfortable. There are many food courts on all floors.

Great venue. Saw Eric Clapton there, and the sound was great. Staff were helpful and polite. Had seats in the 102 section, low in the stadium, directly across from the stage. Good seats, but you really needed the screens above the stage to see the performers. If you want to be close to the stage, you need to be on the floor or in the wings. It is very easy to get in and out from New Jersey using NJ Transit. I am so glad I did not try to drive in. The train is very convenient.

This was my first time visiting MSG. It was really easy to get there. I took the train in from EWR in Newark and that was simple. The arena is older, it looks old, but it's still pretty cool. Upon entering, the interior is modern and clean and everything is easy to get to. Concessions are very high, but it's New York and it's Madison Square Garden, so what do you expect? The fact that it's above Penn Station makes it a convenient destination in NYC. There were Vivid strip models from the nearby club handing out flyers in the lobby upon leaving the building, which was interesting. Overall, a nice arena, and it's got a lot of history, so that was cool to think about while there.

Another of the NYC’s iconic stadiums. The MSG arena has been seen in many a movies, so no stranger. The entrance has become a bit jammed due to construction work and crowd, but once you enter the stadium and get to your seat, it’s all seamless. The stadium is huge. We had a great evening and fun time. Location is super approachable.

This was the first time I've been to MSG since they renovated the Arena and it was amazing. The concourse was clean, bright and wide. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Even going to get food between periods (I took my son to a Rangers game) was quick and easy. We didn't wait in any lines at all...ever. The staff who we dealt with were all very friendly. They welcomed us on arriving and thanked us for coming when we left. It was a great experience all around. We can't wait for our next visit!

My absolute favorite place to go in the city. Love going there to watch the Rangers (although very pricey). Food is good. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Plus the bridge seats are easily some of my favorite seats in the building
