Wicked, New York City

I had some spare time last week during a trip to New York City and decided to walk up to the ticketbox to see if they had any available tickets that night (for one person) and sure enough they did and for a seat near the center in the orchestra section. I was about 7 rows from the stage! The show was phenomenal. The acting, the music, the costumes, and the sets were impressive. So lucky to get great seats on short notice! Surprised and delighted to see a long row of bike taxis or pedicabs offering to take people back to their hotels! Only in NYC!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS AMAZING MUSICAL! I’ve watched this musical a total of 3 times now and every cast has been different but execute their character perfectly. My favorite song is For Good 💚

Absolutely loved the show. The theater was beautiful from top to bottom. I didn't really know the whole premise of the story, but loved it at the end. Honestly I don't like Wizard of Oz, and I thought this was 10x better. Only negative is that when you arrive you have to go up a fast moving escalator (or there was an elevator, yay) to the first level. Then, if you are in the orchestra, which is usually the ground level, up a flight of stairs. I came with my mother who walks with a cane and was not thrilled there was no elevator to get us to these seats.

Absolutely amazing! This is my second time seeing it on Broadway and it was just as fantastic as the first. I've also seen it in Dallas and it just doesn't compare to the amazingness of Broadway! Definitely a must do if you are in NYC!

The costumes were equally impressive, with the intricate designs and attention to detail truly bringing the characters to life. Overall, I cannot recommend "Wicked" enough. It is an unforgettable experience that left me feeling inspired, moved, and thoroughly entertained. Whether you're a fan of musicals or not, "Wicked" is an absolute must-see that will leave you spellbound.
