The Spa at Norwich Inn, Norwich

Absolutely LOVE their spa! I have had 5 massages in the past year here and they've all been amazing. They have a jacuzzi, pool, gym, steam room, sauna that you pay $20 to use before a treatment. They have a great few restaurants on site and gorgeous gardens. I recommend coming late spring, summer and early fall to take advantage of their outdoor space. This is definitely 5 stars! If you get a massage make sure to get Wendy- all of the staff is great but she's the best!!

Nice getaway. Been coming here for years with my wife. A few of the services they use to offer are no longer such as the 3 PM tea and scones or the 5 PM wine tasting. I believe offering a few more amenities would make this a five-star experience. Also I did not get a treatment this time just stay at the spa and use the facilities. In the past the treatments are good but they don’t seem to ever give you the full 50 minutes worth. One of the reasons why I didn’t get one this time. But nice charming grounds and very close to Mohegan sun

The SPA experience is amazing!!!! They have a great staff, everyone from the locker room staff to the massage people and nail ladies. SPA front desk doesn't always come off friendly but overall it's a very relaxing experience. My mom lost her necklace there and it was found and shipped to her in 2 days! Very fast and helpful team. The hotel itself is nice as well. The rooms a bit outdated but clean and well maintained. I'm not sure if this is the case for the other rooms but our smart TV didn't work as a smart TV only some cable. The restaurant and food options were delicious and they're very helpful to making accomodations for allergies. It's a truly fun relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

It has been years since I went to the Norwich spa, but when I went today, I was reminded of what a lovely time it is to spend the day. With a service, add an additional day pass and have access to the pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, classes, workout room, outside area, locker room with locker, robe, slippers, and all the amenities (hair, body, beauty supplies). There is a great juice bar that also serves lunch, so you can add lunch to your schedule. The services are also superb. My daughter got a facial from, Justine, that she said was the best she has ever had, and I had a massage from Jordan, which was also perfect! I look forward to my next time here.

Wonderful spa! Amazing staff, and lovely environment. The pool area invites you with soothing natural light. Along with refreshing water to swim in at your leisure. I put my belongings in the locker room which was absolutely stunning. Big lockers, a circle of sinks all with individual mirrors/hand wash/mouthwash. I loved the design of the showers because there are two areas each with doors, allowing privacy. Gorgeous hot tub and tiling in the locker room. The meditation room is incredibly relaxing, blankets and chairs were very comfortable. I didn’t use the gym, but the equipment looked good and clean. I did use the yoga room though, which was spacious and I especially liked the big tv you can control with a smaller touch screen. I could easily see and hear the instructional videos it provided.
