  • This is the best activity. Got to feel, play, and interact with well loved dolphins. The coaches are very nice, knowledgeable, and supportive. They know how to adapt to meet each member’s needs.

  • This was a long time dream come true. Getting to pet, feed, swim with, and play with the dolphins was absolutely magical! The staff was super friendly and the trainers always remembered our names, giving each of us a chance to do all the activities with the dolphins, making sure we got to do what we hoped for most. We did the Premier Experience, meaning it was a private reservation for only our family of 4, and we loved that intimacy and customization. The only disappointment is that no personal camera gear is allowed in the water, so we couldn't get a video at all, but the professional photos they caught of us were so well done we were very pleased with the way the experience was captured anyway. I would highly recommend this experience to any dolphin lovers that want to be up close and personal with them! 🐬
  • My wish came true, so dreamed of swimming with dolphins! And the dolphin kissed me on the cheek 🥹💔🫶🏻This is an incredible experience, God, how nice, smart, affectionate they are! Adore! 🐬💔The territory of this hotel is very beautiful, you can enter and watch dolphins for free, and there is also a beautiful beach.
  • Day 6 of our anniversary trip and today we took part in swimming with the dolphins 🐬 well for our daughter anyway. She had a blast and she's 19 so this is a must do for kids. They will have so much fun and the dolphins 🐬 seam to enjoy the attention. The staff are well trained and takes time with you so that you get the most of your time. A definite must do.
  • Overpriced for the experience. Over $1,500 for a family of five. Most of the time is spent setting up individual pictures which they sell you at the end. Two pictures is $55 or you can get them all for $150 so for a family of five we had to spend the extra $150 (plus tax) to get all of them. We ended up spending over $1,700 to sit in a small lagoon with a dolphin for about 25 minutes. They assign one dolphin for each group of six people. They added an individual to our group which seemed to diminish our value since he got equal time. The kids had a good time and liked petting the dolphin but all said they wouldn't do it again because they enjoyed some of the other activities (like zip lining) more. Technically you do swim with the dolphin because they send you to one end of the lagoon and have the dolphin swim next to you on the way back. The staff was friendly and I'm sure it's not a cheap business to run but in my opinion it wasn't worth the price. The lagoons were viewable to guests so I guess you can get a free look at the dolphins just by visiting the hotel.
  • Wonderful adventure. Pricey, but it’s an experience of a lifetime. Dolphins are so smart and able to communicate their feelings. They love to play. If you do nothing else on your trip, do this. I know the first questions many of us think of are about ethics of having dolphins. If you talk with the crew they actually explain how the dolphins are given priority. The dolphins actually get to choose whether or not they swim with you. These dolphins also live longer than naturally in the wild. Anyone with any concerns about the ethics should ask the staff. They really are passionate. Also the two 1-star reviews here obviously never did the dolphins quest. You can tell because the photos are from the observation area, and not with the dolphins. Also the lady who said it was started by the owner would know it was actually started by two veterinarians.
