My wife and I had a reservation for Friday, May 27th. The weather was going to be bad that day. Wally called me to let me know. So we scheduled them for that Thursday. Not many people would take the time to let us know about the weather. Wally set us up with Sean. They knew we were only out for shark. Sean put us on the sharks immediately. My wife and I caught a total of 5. This was by far the best deep sea fishing charter we have ever been on. We will definitely be back and next time we will make sure to bring the entire family.

This is our second time doing a fishing tour but first time with Oak Island Fishing Charters. I can’t imagine a more perfect experience. Wally did a great job communicating beforehand. Boat was pristine. Wally was the perfect mix of professional but also enjoyable to be around. Most importantly we caught a ton including this hammerhead, something my son will never forget.

Had a wonderful time with Captain Travis. Spending time with my son and son-in-law is about the experience and the fish are an added bonus. We caught some good sized Red Drum and Flounder. Travis was prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Very exciting to go with oak island fishing charters. Took us out there with tackle and bait all ready to go. Caught a good bit of big fish. Takes fish to get packaged and everything. Highly recommended. Will be back next time down here. Worth the money!!!

CPT Willy was great. 3 Dads and 3 kids did a 3-4 hour charter. Caught 4 different 30-40lb sharks close into shore. Don’t expect to catch just anything (grouper, sea trout, etc) depending on season and week and weather CPT Willy will tell you what is best. Fun time. Nice boat - will be back next year!
