Cotton Bowl Speedway, Paige

My son surprised me the Saturday before father's day by bringing me here, didn't know this place existed. It is a dirt racetrack for stock cars, which they had run during the show. Overall we had a good time watching the event, but at the same time, my son purchased vip tickets and they said it would be the best seats in the house, really, sitting in the wooden bleachers in the middle of the Texas heat, that was a little disappointing, but overall I was happy to spend some quality time with my son and granddaughter who is 2.

I have been going to dirt tracks my entire life! I really like this track and think it supplies a great racing experience. The facilities are top notch and clean...which is really nice. The vendors are all really nice and offer good food at a fair price. I took my 3 year old son and he had a blast. The cars are very loud so I do recommend some kind of hearing protection. The price to get in is very reasonable. The cars put on a good show! They were really getting after it so it was a lot of fun to watch. The stands were packed so they have to be doing something right to get so many people to keep coming back. If you get a chance to see the professional circuits like Outlaw Sprints or any of the other special events...you have to check them out! Outlaw Sprints are an absolute must see! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great night of races last night at the world of Texas outlaws. It was our first time attending anything like this and it won't be our last. While the bleachers felt a bit cramped and we weren't able to use the stadium backrests due to that, all the ppl in attendance made us feel at home. Giving us info on the races coming up and everything else. We even showed up as the real races were about to start and the parking was so full they had us park in the pit with all the race cars! Having the assigned seats rather than general admission is where it's at for this too. Place was full from top to bottom and our group of 4 would have been out of luck to sit together if we didn't go that route. Loved the location, ppl in attendance and the whole even in general. Can't wait for another one!

Good clean fun for the whole family. Well maintained facility, friendly staff and easy to get to.

Best dirt track in TX. Staff is friendly, works hard, and listens to the fans. Concession has good food, great lemonade, and reasonable prices.
