Lacuna Tours, Palm Beach Gardens

Lacuna Tours is an absolute must do, the boat is clean and in immaculate condition. Captain Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend Lacuna Tours and will, without any doubt, be back again. "If you haven't seen Florida from the water, you haven't seen Florida." - Captain Bobby.

We had a good time on the boat even though it was not the best weather the day we went. There were 6 of us and did a 2hr tour for $150/hr. Made it all the way to the Jupiter lighthouse. Captain was nice enough to drop the anchor and we went for a swim in the intracoastal.

I only gave one star because I had to give something to write a review. Captain Bobby was a complete no show! We were surprising a friend who was in town for her birthday and he never showed up after confirming this morning. We tried calling and texting numerous times and he never responded. I do not recommend booking with Captain Bobby. In response to Captain Bobby… with all due respect, if I didn’t post this review we still would have never heard back from you. At least a text would have been nice last night if you had an emergency. Still have yet to receive a phone call or message or anything. Like I said, if I didn’t post this review we would have never heard anything. Bad way to do business.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Captain Bobby was a delight! Knowledgeable, warm and very accommodating… A wonderful activity with our adult children.

Had a fantastic ride today with Captain Bobby! He’s full of interesting information! The kids got to tube and we enjoyed all the sites and the stop at Tiger Island for snacks/lunch. I would definitely recommend taking a tour with him! Thanks for everything!
