Nice people, nice wines. Like every vineyard, some varietals are better than others. Sample a bunch. buy the ones you like best. Along the way, you'll have a great time making your selection.

Wow! What a great venue, beautiful grounds and establishment. Gale served us for our tasting and she was knowledgeable and we could tell she was invested in the owners product and desire to provide her customers great wines, just was awesome! They had a wide array of wine from dry to sweet and the place and experience was just so lovely. Definitely worth a stop!

I spent a couple hours at Night Hawk one weekend and I enjoyed every minute of it. They were extremely busy. but I never felt neglected. The patio was very relaxing and there was music playing. So many of th wines were wonderful and I couldn't choose a favorite. I can't wait to get moved back to Kansas where this winery will practically be in my backyard.

Wonderful evening at the winery with my wife. Owner and staff were very friendly as usual. The Farm Fusion food on the weekends is out of this world. Would highly recommend for great wine & food in the country.

Very small and quiet place to sit outside under a walnut tree and enjoy a bottle of wine or two. Bring a picnic and a blanket and enjoy the day. My only complaint is the porta-potty.

I am a dry wine drinker. The dry wine at Nighthawk are dry. The semi sweet or not gross sweet but are so yummy! Fantastic place to drink and enjoy the amazing location in Kansas.
