  • Pros: short lines, helpful staff manning maps at each lift, can ride gondolas both ways if you get tired, many options for food and drink. Cons: didn’t see any ski patrollers and this mountain...

  • The mountain is great, not much open but it is early so was to be expected. But the parts that are open are well maintained. We love that the mountain opened early this year as it is not as crowded as it normally would be which I love. Hardly any wait at the lifts. We will be back. The people working the mountain and in the shops in the village were amazing and super helpful. We enjoyed Canyons Village better than Mountain Village.
  • Awesome location for skiing. We stayed at the Hilton Sunrise Lodge located in the village, which was really close and walking distance to the slopes. It is very convenient for skiing. They offer a shuttle service to other trails at Park City Mountain Village and Main St. Go to Main St for shopping and dining. Be sure to stop at the " No Name Saloon! So cool!
  • Great resort!! And helpful people working here! It seems like it became vogue online to bash the ownership (Vail), but I’ve never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended! PS I do wish you would get the avalanche control at Murdock Peak area done more often/faster- would be great if that was open more!
  • As a frequent skier at Park City, I can confidently say that the Canyons side of the resort is by far the superior choice. Don't get me wrong, the other side has its charms, but it can't hold a candle to the Canyons. First of all, the Canyons has way more terrain to explore. With over 4,000 acres of skiable terrain, there's always something new to discover. Plus, the runs are longer and more varied, which means less time waiting in line and more time shredding the slopes. But the real selling point for me is the vibe at the Canyons. It's a little more laid back and less crowded, which means no fighting for first tracks or dodging throngs of tourists. It's just me, the mountain, and my trusty ski buddies. Overall, if you're looking for a truly epic ski experience, skip the other side and head straight to the Canyons. Trust me, your legs (and your inner ski bum) will thank you.
  • very cool little village catering to affluent skiers/boarders. def go to draft burgers if youre here and grab a drink at the umbrella bar under the heaters. very cool and cozy vibe. expansive mountain where you can easily find yourself alone. plenty of terrain for intermediate and advanced skiers/boarders
