Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, Pawleys Island

This course is still amazing! You may have heard some rumors swirling about the greens, but do not let them stop you from playing this amazing course. Caledonia seems to have experienced some issues with just a few of their greens in the last year that they are still trying to recover from. But, the greens still roll, and the rest of the greens on the course in impeccable shape, firm, and rolling at a good pace. The course design is fantastic, and demands confidence with your irons and wedges into the green. If you are thinking of playing while in Myrtle Beach this course is the one you should play. I have played nearly a quarter of the Golf Digest Top 100 Public courses, and this is one of the greats on that list. Please do not be scared away from a great southern club by a couple of rough greens.

an absolutely beautiful venue! I was in love just in the drive way! my husband had a golf tournament with the VGA this past weekend and it was BEAUTIFUL. we even got to experience the sunset on hole 18! this is also a wedding venue that I have always dreamt of. maybe one day we will renew our vows here ❤️ 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful course with a fair but challenging layout. Great pro shop with lots of nice Caledonia branded merchandise. I found the price to be a little steep given the fact they had just punched the greens and they were in the process of losing the collars on several greens. Some of the rougher areas of the course seemed to be headed in the right direction and overall I really enjoyed my round and plan to play again in the future. I did not get to eat lunch at the restaurant but heard nothing but good things about the food from the guys I was playing with. I’m hoping to have a meal here next time.

Played here this past Monday afternoon and the course was awesome! There are a few greens that need to fill in, besides that, was an awesome track, greens running about 9.5, Bunker's tea boxes and fairways all good shape 👍👍

Hands down our favorite course in Myrtle. Staff is always very kind and the course is always in fantastic shape. The clubhouse is great and that back patio gives the perfect view of one of the best finishing holes you’ll find. Great time with our group of 16.
