  • The docent led my children and I around the rancho house and gave us incredible information about its history. I appreciate the love and patience the docent showed my shy, autistic kids. Bring food to have a picnic at the stunning grove in the entrance. We went in the fall and the scenery was straight out of a travel magazine! Support your local parks 🙂
  • Extremely well preserved ranch dating back to 1830 when this was a part of Mexico. Lots of history and a great free tour, a must see for California history buffs.
  • Lovely park and great team. The events are to die for. I just wish they wouldn't leave construction materials out for everyone to see. It looks like no one has maintained the structure since it was bought from general Vallejo.
  • This park is included in the Historian Pass, so I popped in for a peek. What a cool park! You actually get to walk around the grounds and buildings, including the second floor which is neat! I'd like to go back. They do a lot of educational events as well.
  • Went on a field trip here with my son's class. It was a very informative tour and glimpse into Sonoma County's history. Carmen is a very knowledgeable and patient tour guide.
