Human Village Brewing Co, Pitman

9/29/2019 - On a beautiful fall afternoon, Debbie and I wet to Pittman, NJ to visit the 2 breweries in town and have lunch. Our first stop was @humanbrewing. A music themed brewery. They were in transition from summer to fall/winter beers so I didn't have much to select from. Debbie tried their craft soda on tap and I got a flight. The place is owned buy a former employee where I work. I enjoyed the Harlem Shake Bock. #beer #brewery

The inside of the brewery is nice. Lots of vinyl records decorating the walls, cool atmosphere for live music. The staff was very friendly and seem like good people. I am not one to leave negative reviews but wow, this beer is absolutely terrible. Hands down the worst beer I have tasted at a brewery. Each beer has a funky-watery aftertaste and none of them were enjoyable. I came here based on the glowing google reviews and man I was cat-fished! Take these reviews with a grain of salt as I’m sure they were all purchased for 5 star ratings and these people have never even stepped foot inside. It’s obvious that they are very generic and most likely copy/pasted. The other 1 star reviews are on par with the quality of the beer. To give you a legitimate rating of the beer, check untappd and you will find it is quite the opposite of these bots that are spamming 5 stars. Save your time and money and go somewhere else as there are better breweries in the area.

Great atmosphere for all ages. The staff are all welcoming and wanting to have a conversation for a good time. Great prices on beer all Homebrew. Awesome experience for an open mic.

This place is fantastic, I don't even like beer but the two I had, one being an orange wheat, the other a green beer was great. The staff & owners are incredibly welcoming, kind hearted people. Prices were way lower than I expected for a place that makes high quality beer on site. Great for events, or for stopping by. Definitely recommend to anyone.

It was amazing! My boyfriend and i tried at least 10 beers between us and he got 2 full drafts and it game to 12 dollars. Amazing service. So warm and homey. Live local bands and an amazing atmosphere. Like coming home, not to sound silly. But seriously, i hate beer and the were some i really enjoyed! I suggest it entirely if you're in the area. Kid friendly too! Board games and such as well.
