Tim's Used Books, Provincetown

I never come to Provincetown without stopping by Tim’s Used Books. There’s a great selection, and a lot more here than you’d expect. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and prices fair. Caution: you can easily spend hours browsing here. =) #ShopLocal

Exactly what you would expect a Provincetown used book store to be. Narrow passageways abounding with tall bookshelves and plenty of titles to choose from. Masks are required in August 2021 and only 6 people can browse at one time. The books seem to be in great shape.

One of the best used books store I’ve ever been too! Lost myself in there. My parter and I ended up getting so many unique and cool finds. Their selection is so big and nicely organized. Tim is lovely. Will come back for sure for sure !!

A hidden gem. Tim's used books shop is a lovely second-hand book store tucked between two buildings in Provincetown's busiest street. Walk the narrow path to discover a cozy little house pack full with books covering a surprisingly large ground from classic fiction, mystery, and beach reads, to philosophy, business, art and essays. Outside, you can try to find your next read among a few $1 books. Prices are very competitive with online options. I found a rare book on advertising I had been looking for for a long time. Highly recommend!
