This is an easy walk around the lake and accessible to all. The views are gorgeous. Trails branch off the main path if you choose to take them. Picnic spots are dotted throughout the grounds. Parking.... more

We did visited this lake trail on our 2nd day in the afternoon. It was after 3 p.m. when we arrived and we did find a spot to park. There wasn't anyone there to look at our park passes so not sure..... more

We arrived around 7 a.m., and had plenty of parking available. By the time we left at 8:30, the lot was full. There’s an easy and flat trail all around the lake. I recommend walking all the way...

Such a great stop. The actual parking lot isn't very big, but there's lots of parking across the street and on the shoulder. There's a few picnic tables right at the entrance that we love having lunch at. The loop around the lake is a great walk, nothing strenuous. I bring my three year old on that loop. Wildlife is everywhere! I saw moose and muskrat last time! Lots of trails to offshoot and explore from the main loop.

We always stop here when in the area. Nice walking trail. Beautiful lake but looks like it needs some annual maintenance, particularly around the outlet. Photos from different trips.

The views here are spectacular. This trail is flat and perfect for doing with toddlers. We saw a snake, chipmunks and a moose!

The most incredible little spot!! So peaceful and lovely to just walk around the lake! My friends actually swam this time, just a little dip in, during our walk and it was a magical experience. Beautiful views and would be perfect for older or less able people!
