. We were with a group of about 30+ people and had a catered lunch from Hy-Vee, and entertainment by Miss Lizzy. The rooms were decorate with period pieces and we had a great time.

Very affordable ($13) walking tour through history. Great collection and renovation work. Also includes educational displays from local floods. Ticket gets you into 5 museums.

These people are so lovely to work with and their museum and curation are stellar! Gerrard is absolutely wonderful! This mansion is the venue wedding dreams are made of. Everyone of guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too and it was 90% because of the mansion itself.

If you are near St. Joseph, MO the mansion and the historic area surrounding it are well worth a stop. Be aware if you want to tour inside the Wyeth Tootie, it is only open on Friday and Saturdays.

Very interesting. Did the Voice of the Past tour it was really neat. Suggestion museum should sell sweatshirts or wraps because there were about 3 to 5 ppl that would've bought one.
