The owners of this tour have really done their research, and they make a point to give accurate accounts of the town's history (unlike some other tours who sensationalize and perpetuate falsehoods). I loved their Land and Sea tour! The first hour takes you around Salem's hot spots like the Old Burial Ground. The second hour is a boat ride around the harbor, where you learn about pirates and Salem's rich history as a port of trade. Cannot recommend them enough!

So happy that I signed up for the Ghostly Night Tour with Black Cats Tour! Our guide, Daniel, was very informative and took us on an adventure throughout Salem during the night. The way that Daniel told the ghostly stories of Salem and touched on history was so fascinating and made the tour even better. It was great to hear and learn about things that I never knew before. Highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a great late night adventure!

Extremely informative and an overall good experience! The tours are reasonably priced and the tour guide Daniel has an incredible amount of knowledge and passion for Salem and the tours. Was easy to find and we learned a lot about the true history in a really engaging way. My only feedback is how we didn't seem to get too far distance wise in the ~2 hour historical day tour. I expected to do more walking and see more sights. It gave a lot of time to go into depth in the topics at each area but my expectation was it would have been a few additional areas for a longer tour

On an unseasonably warm October night, my wife and I found ourselves on this ghost tour with on Olivia as our guide through the haunted and tortured history of Salem. From witch trials to stories of revenge, this tour was enlightening and entertaining. Olivia was spectacular as a ghost host that kept this hour and half walking tour engaging to the point that it was over before we had realized time had passed. If your reading this far, book the tour and go.

The tour was different than any ghost tour I've experienced before. In prior experiences I've received EMF readers and spirit boxes creating a fun atmosphere where I get to learn of a town's history while maybe connecting with spirits. This tour is more of a theatric tour guided by a costumed host divulging ghost stories. While I was slightly disappointed it was an overall fine experience. The staff was incredibly friendly.
