  • Religious place that gave us peace. A place of worship for all denominations. The gift shop offered what we were looking for.

  • Our high school class of 1974 attended mass here for our annual Christmas reunion. This is a beautiful basilica built in 1925; it is one of the gems of San Antonio. You get a sense of spirituality...

  • Beautiful church.. very peaceful. The architecture takes me back to Spain. We did not getbto attend Mass, but it was very beautiful to see.
  • Blessed to have been able to visit! ❤️ Strongly recommend it. From an architectural perspective, gorgeous, worth the visit, and comparable to some of the basilicas I visited in Spain, and from a Catholic and spiritual perspective, my heart was moved.
  • I love exploring different Churches in San Antonio, and this one takes the cake as far as beauty. Never have I been to such a gorgeous Church before! Not only is the architecture breath taking, you feel like you're going back in time to the old Church days. I don't usually go to this Church for Mass or confession, but the one time I went to confession it was truly fulfilling and I could tell the priest cares about his congregation. If you are looking for a Church to visit or to attend to, I suggest going here. The artwork and architecture alone really brings out the spirit of God in the Catholic faith :)
  • The music ministry is great. Please visit the webpage because the Basilica has a lot of events to help you grow as a christian; lectures, retreats and even concerts.
  • Always a beautiful experience when I attend any mass or service...🙏🏻🙌🏻❤ the structure is amazing inside and out.. the altar is so detailed and different as well... #TRUSTINHIM #GODISGRAND
