Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres call Petco Park home. The stadium is different from most because of its grassy, sloped area above the outfield fence, called Park at the Park. During games, fans can watch games from here for a low price. At other times, you can walk through this area and see the stadium for free. Note the Indian sandstone and stucco, white painted steel, and dark blue seats; this design intentionally represents the colors of San Diego, with its sandy beaches, white sails on boats, and blue ocean. Take a guided tour of the ballpark to see usually off-limits areas, such as the dugout and pressroom. The grandstands provide superb views of the city's skyline, bay, and Balboa Park. A visit to Petco Park represents just the start of the adventure when you use our San Diego day trip planning app to plot your vacation.

Sooo much fun, you play 9 holes of golf from various parts of the stadium trying to hit the various greens in the stadium. We were able to obtain tickets at the last minute through StubHub and...

Great ballpark, one of our favorites now. We sat in section 108, row 13. Great seats behind the visitors dugout. Food was nearby just up the stairs, could see everything and had multiple chances of getting balls every inning as the visiting team came into the dugout. Highly recommend this ballpark if you are thinking of visiting like we did from Texas. Temperatures were amazing too!

What a beautiful ballpark. First of al it’s San Diego, so great weather. Lots of restaurants and drinks. Super clean facilities and the park on whole was well kept. This place is awesome. When you done , walk outside to catch the rail or visit the famous “Gaslight district “. We went for an early afternoon game and had a fantastic time.

I was surprised how wonderful this ballpark is! We went to see Holiday Bowl (college hockey) Oregon vs North Carolina and the weather was perfect! Our seats were in the end zone section 128 and we had a fantastic view of the game. The food choices were good too. Great atmosphere.

We love going to games here. Tons of food choices, all you can eat popcorn for 10 bucks. Free soda refills all game long. It does get hot on day games, bring sunscreen and a hat. Friendly fans. Most seats are awesome. Probably could use a little more leg room in the uppers. Friendly staff. Great team store. Pays homage to players of the past. One of my favorite parks in the bigs.

Nice ballpark enjoyed the beautiful scenery and sight lines! Found the staff to be somewhat rude though. Good game to watch from multiple angles of the ballpark. Food and Beer is way overpriced even for Southern California. All in all a pretty good time!
