Beach Yoga SoCal, Santa Monica

Yoga with Vee is my favorite Sunday LA activity. I’ve been practicing yoga with Beach Yoga SoCal for over a year now and am grateful to do it safely during Covid. So much space on the beach! You can take it at your own pace so it is as easy or difficult as you want it to be. The sand adds a worthwhile challenge. I love end the class with downward dog facing the ocean down by the water. :)

I love Beach Yoga SoCal, It is one of my favorite things to do when i have friends in town! I'm personally a big fan of the sunset classes. Vee is a such an amazing instructor and everyone there is always extremely friendly. If you are a yoga pro or novice, Beach Yoga SoCal is for you.. I mean why wouldn't you do yoga on the beach??

Brenda guided us through the most delightful morning flow on the beach today. We had the best time in such a beautiful setting, I can’t wait to go again. Thank you Brenda for a mindful practice and being so patient with us and tailoring the class to our needs.

Beach yoga SoCal is more than just an experience. It’s a culture and community. Each class is grounding, enlightening, and relaxing. You even might see dolphins!! The owner and one of the instructors Vee is amazing! She truly cares about you and your experience. Highly recommend!

Serendipitously found this class on a google search while chilling on the beach near tower 27. Kiki was a fantastic teacher, with a nicely balanced class and it was the perfect way to welcome in the sunset. Would highly recommend it and certainly return the next time I’m visiting LA!
