Get your fix of shopping, food, nightlife, and culture with an Old West feel at Old Town Scottsdale. This historical, bustling district is home to some of the city's oldest buildings, with several over 100 years old. Avid shoppers should make a beeline for the area's popular boutiques. Many sell typical Western clothes and trinkets, as well as Native American crafts. Many of Old Town's art galleries feature a cowboy theme. Dining options include Mexican, Japanese, and American fare. A visit to Old Town Scottsdale represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Scottsdale day trip planner to plot your vacation.

Lots of shops, restaurants and a very nice area to walk around. I actually went twice. It’s a great place for souvenirs. Best of all, free parking for 3 hours!

Old town Scottsdale is not technically Phoenix but belongs to the City of Scottsdale. I like to pretend this is the real Phoenix as Downtown Phoenix was a disappointment, but Scottsdale certainly delivered. From art works and statues, to instagram worthy sites and friendly shops to browse through. Much cooler than downtown Phoenix and much more cultured. Plenty to see and do for at least 1/2 to a full day. Enjoy!

Old Town Scottsdale is a fun town. Stay in a local hotel and there is quite a bit within walking distance. Lots of food options although not quite as good as we had read before our trip. Plenty of local shops to browse and the art was a lot of fun to look at. We would probably make another visit to Scottsdale but only after we checked out Sedona and/or Flagstaff first. I do NOT recommend Scottsdale in June-August. It was EXTREMELY hot during our visit. Saying it's a dry heat will only go so far. 117 degrees is HOT no matter how you look at it.

Went at 2018, miss the place. There are lots of art work, nice restaurants, and bars. The old town make you feel walk into history. All the great decorations and style keep. Wish to visit again once open. Recommended!!

Classic Historic Old Town shops line the streets. Entertaining walk, with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Street parking.

Old Town was my favorite place during our weeks vacation, there's so much history and culture to it with lots of stores, restaurants and other attractions that feels as though it would take days in order to see everything. I highly recommend taking the Segway tour through Old Town in order to see all the hidden gems you probably wouldn't find.
