Nordstrom Rack, Seattle

It’s a great store with nice employees, good prices/clothes and a prime location. Everything was pretty clean and well run. However, it’s a little cluttered and feels makeshift style like they sort of just threw everything together and called it good. Could use a better layout.

Seems like they are making some “fake”discounts. Original price was 69 but they did a discount from a price of 79. I discovered it by mistake. Make sure u are checking all the products before buying !

This is a great place to find discounts. It's right across the street from the full price Nordstrom so pop in here first. They don't have public restrooms here so hit the food court first. The selection is pretty good here and there's many treasures to be discovered. The shoe selection is large.

Great,except for when I went to pay, one of my items didn't have a price tag on it. When I asked the employee ringing me up if he could find out the price for me, he said, "no that's impossible to do because the store is closing." Um, what??? If the store is closing then why are you checking me out??? Really bad customer service. It wouldn't have taken him but a minute or two, and I was the LAST person in line!!! I've worked in the service industry, and I always put my work before myself so that I could make sure every customer was satisfied...but hey that's just me. But still...bad form.

This Nordstrom Rack used to be my favorite place in the world to shop, with excellent designer clearance and special items, due to its proximity to the Nordstrom HQ. I visited this week and now it's basically a normal outlet shop. It had been ransacked over the post-Christmas sales and was too understaffed to have the racks reorganized by New Years. What was once a special shopping destination is now a very normal store.
