  • We walked up from Alki, which is actually quite manageable. The trails themselves are fairly well maintained; they could be a little better kept so the hills don't slide, but overall they're...

  • This is a great place to hike and just take a walk. Its so peaceful and the trees are tall. Mostly dirt path so it can get muddy. There is a creek where you can listen and enjoy nature.

  • Awesome hidden gem in West Seattle. I had no idea this existed. Beautiful trees all around, a creek, and cool trails. Do the easy hike end be surprised by wooden sculptures ❤
  • This is a hidden gem in West Seattle. A wonderful nature walk that makes you feel transported to a mountain trail. While the trails aren't marked well, it is not hard to stay on track (and even if you get a bit lost, you're likely not far from where you need to go).
  • This little forest tucked away in the middle of West Seattle is a treasure. Free parking all around. Access to Alki. A perfect place to "lose your mind and find your soul". Enjoy with respect.
  • Quaint nature park with a couple miles of trails hidden in a residential area. No parking lot but plenty of street parking around various entry points. Trails are wet and muddy as they go through a ravine but boardwalks and bridges help you get over the worst of it.
  • Not a super big park but has a few trails in the ravine, quiet and seclusive, great to take a hike. There are different trailheads and I took the one on SW Hinds St in, SW Stevens St out. It's not hard to navigate in the park since all trails are going almost the same direction.
