Reserve Golf Club, Southport

For a fancy steakhouse, I was disappointed. Positives - Clean - Most the staff was friendly - Seated quickly - Nice Venue Negatives - 2/6 dishes arrived with the wrong food - 4/4 steaks were returned to the kitchen as undercooked, one was completely raw in the middle - After the first order, staff members were difficult to track down - The manager apologized by stating they were busy; the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived - We were complimented dessert, half the of the order was taken, 10 min later after finding a staff member the other orders were placed, the forgotten orders food arrived before the original order - Dirty dishes left behind us - Water glasses were not replenished - Most places want you to order more; here it was a burden

Live Friday Fish Fry. Nice table outside. Nice good and service!

Nice atmosphere. But evaluating the food - is Meh! Pastrami ruben worst I've ever eaten. Poor quality very greasy and thick fat on each piece I had to actually cut it off. Apparently others complained the week before but nothing changed.

Top Tracer @ Reserve Range adds to my practice experience

Food and service was excellent. Vanessa, our waitress was most excellent at her job. Professional and cautious is most descriptive not to mention gracious. We will return as guests to your establishment in the near future.
