Jurassic Quest, Spring

Visited in Columbus, OH! Absolutely fantastic place! Our family enjoyed! Love the shows and inflatables, definitely coming back! Hopeful they’re there every year!!

Very disappointed with Jurassic Quest. Could have been so much better. We bought tickets for the JQ as it came to Columbus Ohio. Not only was it poorly organized, the whole experience was bad. Lighting was sub-optimal, could hardly see anything. The dinosaur models were old and ripped from some places. Exhibits were very few and it certainly was NOT good value for money. Food court had very few options and overpriced.

Way too crowded. The dinosaurs were cool. And the rides would have been fun but it was over an hour wait for each thing. My kids did enjoy some of less crowded activities but it just seemed like they tried to sell as many tickets as possible instead of worrying about the customers experience. The staff were nice and tried to make things quick. But it was just people packed like sardines trying to figure out what to do next. I probably won’t attend again.

Waste of money. Lines were terrible so couldn’t actually do most of the things advertised. Couldn’t even buy a souvenir or tickets to do any of the inflatables because of the incredibly large lines (see souvenir line in photo). Left with a very upset toddler. They should limit the amount of tickets they sell to a more reasonable number.
