  • This garden is a must-stop for plant lovers. It is very well curated and maintained. Not terribly large. We were lucky to be there when many of the flowers were in bloom. Lots of nice places to sit...

  • We really couldn’t believe that this garden was free! It was pretty, interesting, and very well-kept. Even if it’s only a short visit, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

  • Beautiful garden with an amazing variety of local drought tolerant plants. There are several single stall unisex restrooms at the entrance and a pavilion, very convenient for all visitors. There are also water fountains near the restrooms. Maps are available at the entrance which are very handy to find your way through the garden, especially during the heat of the day. There is a beautiful waterfall, steam, and dinosaur tracks located in the garden. There are bench settings and various shades areas to stop and test along the trail. Definitely worth the time to explore. Takes approximately 30-60 minutes to walk through depending on how involved you are, all of the plants have identification signs, very helpful.
  • I had a fun time walking around here and seeing the variety of plants. I especially enjoyed the cacti. Even though this is right off the highway, I felt like this was a peaceful spot to enjoy the collection. The mini slot canyon was admittedly not exactly impressive to adult eyes, but I bet it would be fun for little ones. The informational signs were fun with a nice design. This is a fun space to learn a bit more about plants and nature.
  • Wow! Can't believe this place is FREE. So beautiful! This botanical garden has 5 acres of plants, streams, replica slot canyon & dinosaur tracks. There is a paved path, so anyone can enjoy this activity. There are plenty of benches to rest, as well as porch style swings. The entire park is IMMACULATE. I didn't see a single weed or piece of trash. There are restrooms. Adjacent Pioneer Park has an actual slot canyon. We will definitely return while in the area
  • This is one of our favorite places to visit. It is always beautiful and a fun place to take a walk but during Christmas it is magical at night. Great place for photos. There is a little canyon that is goegeous. It is just stunning. Parking gets a little crazy and sometimes you have to continue along the road and hike in. There is a big lot at the end of the winding road.
  • Red Hills is a true gem conveniently perched atop beautiful St. George. There is so much beauty here, and best of all it is free to park and free to roam throughout the day! They do an excellent job of showcasing and maintaing a wide variety of desert flora, and there is a lot of shade and seating here for the hotter months. Additionally, across the street you are awarded with gorgeous views of the city.
