Kuleto Estate Winery, St. Helena

Everything about Kuleto was amazing from the spectacular views, fabulous wines and the friendly and helpful staff. This was far and away our favorite winery during our visit to Napa. We hope to be back soon for another amazing experience at Kuleto.

We had a tasting on a windy and rainy Monday morning in February, but it still was the highlight or our trip. Our host was very knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was delicious! Most of all the grounds were beautiful. We hope to be back when the weather is nicer to enjoy them more!

Visited end of July. This is a MUST visit winery. This was our first stop of the morning and it was so awesome. Kuleto can be visited by reservation only. The drive up the road up to this property is really cool as you literally wind up the mountain. The property is beautiful and grand with incredible views and mountainous backdrops. All of the wine we sampled was amazing, and the outdoor wine tasting space was so picturesque. The Syrah and Cabs were really good! We also really enjoyed meeting and chatting with our host. 5 start winery with 5 start service!!

Reservations only and then it's a long and winding road up to this property, but I definitely recommend a visit if you are heading to the Napa Valley. The property is beautiful, with great views, even on a rainy day. They don't allow two people to share one tasting, which is unfortunate because we ended up tossing out a lot of great wine, but we loved all the wine we sampled. We also really enjoyed meeting and chatting with the winemaker.
