    I've lived in the Cotton District for a year and I love it. Very affordable for a one bedroom. Location is perfect. I can walk to campus and walk to a bunch of good restaurants. There have been very few issues, but when there are, Cotton District is quick to reply and fix the problem. Love it here!

    The Cotton District is right next to campus. So mostly rich kids live there. But during the school year it's usually party central. Good restaurants and a ton of fun. Gets a lil crowded sometimes, but a good time.
