  • Very neat exhibits and excellent guided tour. $15 ticket includes tour of the house Woodrow Wilson was born in. Dedicated (free) parking lot for museum visitors. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The tour of Wilson’s home takes about 30 minutes and the museum can be explored in about 45 minutes to an hour. Be sure to check out the WWI exhibit in the basement. Masks required in Wilson’s home.
  • Great stop if you like history and have a goal to visit as many presidential sites as you can. There are two different areas to visit here, the home where Wilson was born and the museum. The home is a guided tour that takes about half hour. The museum is a self-guided area that would take quite a bit longer. The way that the WWI exhibit was made is particularly interesting. I liked how they tried to capture the feeling of being in the trenches. The staff was awesome. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and super helpful.
  • Great museum and friendly staff. I did the guided tour of the house and then the self guided part of the museum. The Woodrow Wilson house was cool, but the museum was the highlight for me. Great timeline with memorabilia of the former President's life. The other great bonus was the WWI trench exhibit.
  • I'll be honest. I'm not a great fan of Wilson...but I learned a lot through this tour and got to see a little more into his character. The museum is not very big, but it comes with a tour of his birth home (the manse) and a well-informed guide to answer any questions. $15 might be just a bit high for this museum, but it was worth it for one visit. Plan on a half hour for the museum and a half hour for the tour.
  • Given that this museum does not belong to the official presidential library system, you will be amazed by how well-kept the facility is. Not only is there a short clip depicting the president's car in action but also you can listen to the unique sound of its honk. There is also a WWI section showing how the anti-war president led the nation into an international conflict. My favourite artifacts include a copy of declaration of war by Germany, an anti-tank rifle and a trench replica. In addition to showcasing the president's legacy, the museum also educates the public about his controversial beliefs. I am always under the impression that America is an anti-immigrant country but this president seems to believe the opposite. One interesting fact about the president is that he chose to study history after realizing he was not capable to make a living by practicing law. Don't miss out the tour of his boyhood home, which is included in the admission.
