Smaller but quiet beach area. Has benches available to sit and enjoy the changing colors of the sunset. It was absolutely magnificent to watch the moon over the ocean from this spot.

What a beautiful, quiet and historic spot! Great for a Sunday stroll, dog friendly and numerous plaques of deep history, detailing Revolutionary War battles and occupied land. Take a stroll to learn about this historic beach spot and make a wish at the magic tree, which seems to be growing on air.

So tranquil and pretty. Quick access to the water. But you can't get in it. There is a big sign that says it is a fine of $1000+ due to deadly currents, which we didn't see immediately. So a great place to fish or tan, but not a great place for splashing and enjoying actually being in the ocean.
