America's Escape Game, Tampa

Little misunderstanding in the beginning and James seemed uninterested in trying to offer any type of solution. Luckily another co-worker stepped in and was able to straighten things out as our next step was to leave. The room was actually very well done. The props worked as intended. Place was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful except for the beginning encounter that was extraordinarily off-putting.

Our group had a blast at the Escape room! Managed to escape the Asylum with 25 seconds to spare. Fun room, fun puzzles, and then some. Staff was extremely friendly as well. Would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be back with the group.

We had a great time in the “Pandemic “ Escape room. Our host Hanna did a great job explaining everything to us. We were only given 3 hints and used all of them to solve the clues. We had 7 people in our group, 3 adults 4 teenagers. We used every ounce of brain power figuring out the clues. This room was definitely challenging and we can’t wait to do another room. Thank you Hannah for a great experience!!!

Our party of 4 had a great time in the Shack! The entire facility was clean and the theme in the room was great with lots of details to add to the immersive experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first experience in an escape room and we will definitely be back to try the other rooms. We almost solved it, we just needed another 3 min!!! The clues were definitely challenging, but solvable (and we feel we are pretty good with puzzles). We would highly recommend this to anyone for a group activity

Celebrated my best friend's birthday and we had so much fun trying to escape "Crisis At 1600". You will definitely have to put your brain to work to figure out the puzzles, however, you're given 3 clues to help you navigate through the rooms. Thanks James for your help and great customer service. We will definitely return. Trust me guts, you will enjoy this.
