  • The park is lovely with great walking trail. But the beach is beautiful! And parking is only $5 for all day!

  • Beach, wildlife, kite surfing, boating, fishing, a short drive from home...what else could you possibly need for a relaxing day on the sun. There is a $5 parking fee for access to all of these things, which is well worth it. There is a main park section you arrive at, then follow a short causeway to the beach area. My wife and I both had a great day there which exceeded our expectations. I fished while my wife relaxed on the white sand beach. After fishing I joined here for some beach time. Before we left, we spent at least a half hour just watching all the kite surfers along the causeway.
  • Lovely area. Nice park with lots of shade. The beach is an island with a one-mile causeway to get there. Crystal clear water and mostly sandy beaches on the ocean side. Trees and bushes also on the island providing shade. Two bathrooms, but no changing rooms. Also no food stands, so bring food and beverages with you.
  • We got here at 8am on a Sunday and had no issues with parking. We were the 1st ones to set up. The water is calm and shallow and it never got super busy which was great. Definitely bring shade tents or umbrellas there isn't a lot of cover. As I'm writing this my children want me to say THEY LOVED IT we have been before and will go again (probably next week) 🌴🐬🥥🏖️
  • It was covered area five the one closest to the water we were at, all in all the area was covered in no dog signs and we noticed people with dogs so I'm not sure if they are allowed although many had them! We drove the still over a mile to the beach area , fairly busy on a Sunday! Need an application soon it said ,on this day we paid 5$ by card only as I brought 5$ cash so good thing the others had a card with them! In addition you needed to enter your tag number! So bring a card and your tag number when paying at the parking pass vending type machine!the Bathrooms were clean enough for a beach area! I did not notice trash or sigarert butts! The water was shallow, and lots of sea grass in most areas, water was warm and flat! Family friendly ,water was shallow so younger kids would enjoy, was also handicap accessible all the way to the water ! Looked like would of been good fishing!
  • Hands down my favorite beach to visit! Cheap parking, low traffic in the off season, bathrooms on site and great views. Now as you can see, there's always "beach gunkies" on the sand to varying levels, but it's never stopped us from having a great time. The birds are ruthless though. Hide your snacks!
