Miss Merrie's Sweets and Treats, Tarpon Springs

Hello Sweetz is a cute little candy shop located right on the main strip of Tarpon Springs. They have a large variety of saltwater taffy, gummies, truffles, chocolates, and licorice from all over the world. You can even find some old time favorites that bring back nostalgic memories and feelings. And yes, they have a sugar-free section!! A definite need-to-stop-by if you’re in the area.

The women working today made our trip extra special. So accommodating to help us try all the different candy we’d been hoping to try. A lot of oldies but goodies and tons of all the good good stuff! & truthfully all for such great price! A new family favorite place right here for us!

Neat selection of licorice from various places. Friendly owner too that shared her in depth knowledge and love of the intense black licorice with us. Check this place out!

❣️🍭 Whenever I’m out on my adventures, I look for sweet shops. On my trip to Tarpon Springs I stopped in here to take some photos and videos for my Google reviews, Instagram and YouTube. Unfortunately for some reason, the owner asked me to not take photos or videos (I took one but won’t share my video, honoring her request). This is a very well-stocked store with lots of delicious treats and a case full of chocolates. I did not buy anything because I prefer to shop where the owner is welcoming and appreciates reviews.
