  • This is a great tour of the lengths that immigrants will go to just to make a living. The threat to their lives and collecting sponges from the seabed was great! But the rewards not so much. Well...

  • Almost didn't see any dolphins but the pilot went out of his way to follow some at the end of the trip. They got right next to the boat!
  • I have been coming here for 40+ years. Whenever company came to town, my parent's took them to Pappas Restaurant and then a nice tour on the river, and then to look at the vintage sponge exchange. When I was a child I loved the museum and 1950's movie about life here. The same movie is still playing today. The Sponge-O-Rama was hit from the hurricanes last year, and need donations. I will always keep this treasure in my heart!!! What a great Greek community!!
  • Kinda overpriced, for no reason. Fridge magnets $9 ?! C'mon! Sponges vary from like 5 to about 25 for really big ones. Other than that, they sell a lot of stuff. You can find here a ton of sea treasures, whatever got into the net along with sponges lol😊
  • Paid ahead online for an 11am cruise. Got a call and text after a 2 hour drive saying the time slots advertised were incorrect. Had to wait an additional hour and a half. I checked in to get tickets and was also informed I'd have to pay to park when the website clearly indicates free parking for the duration of the cruise. I made mention of these concerns to an employee and was greeted with indifference. Other than that the actual tour was fun. The drinks were warm and very limited.
  • I LOVE love love the goat milk soap! It truly changed my life. I have had rosacea for about 12 yrs now and this soap is making it go away! Ive been using it for about a month now and the redness is almost completely gone. I highly recommend it and the beach bum scent is my favorite. You can also order it online through the store. I bought an elephant ear sponge from another shop and I use it with the soap daily. Thank you!!!
