Nice, clean, smoke free casino with areas for smokers (if applicable). Employees were seen constantly wiping down machines and beverage station. We ate at the Scene restaurant. It was about 30-35 minute wait. The Classic Burger with Sweet Potato fries were good! My only complaint was the Cherry Limeade alcoholic beverage. You pay $10 for a drink that will not give you a buzz. I am a light drinker and anything can give me a buzz, but it tasted amazing. I was told it's because you get only a get a hint of Jim Beam stag. If that's the case, go purchase a cherry limeade from Sonic.

ABSOLUTE CHEATERS!!! I’ve been going here for many years. Win, draw, lose it’s never been an issue. Today I hit the jackpot bonus spins TWICE resulting in a total winnings of $7500 AND BOTH TIMES AFTER LANDING ON THE 1000 credit the first time and 500 credit win the second time, The machine displayed tilt reel?!?????! I was left with no choice the first time but except the malfunction since the supervisor offered me a singular comp or simply told me that he can just walk away and that’ll be the end of it. Before they could even walk away from the area I ended up hitting a bonus and spin again which landed on 500 credits equaling $2500 To which again the machine displayed tilt real malfunction. Each time the machine operator came and reset the machine. Every time and landed on the lowest possible win, WHICH SURPRISINGLY NEVER MALFUNCTIONED!!! What a coincidence!!! After hitting service like to call the attendant a second time not only did the supervisor return, they also had a whole group of security, police and other gaming agents that showed up as if I was a threat. Again for the second time within literally seconds of it happening they refused to reward the bonus claiming that the game is messed up. I was escorted by the security,police, and gaming department to fill out a complaint form. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO CHEATED IN MY LIFE!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

First time visitors to the Perrysburg, Ohio area. Noticed the awesome reviews online and decided to check out the Hollywood casino. This location was much cleaner than the Kansas City Hollywood casino location. The staff were friendly and the floor area was clean. I loved how the staff walked around disinfecting the machines. The hand sanitizing stations were an added plus. In addition, the non-smoking areas were a breath of fresh air. Normally, I try not to spend too much time at a casino because the smoke can overwhelm a person (who does not smoke). My partner and I had no trouble at this location because the non-smoking area was actually non-smoking. The machines were paying out minimal amounts on the other hand, it was a fun way to spend a Wednesday evening. The buffet was still closed on the day we visited. I would definitely recommend this Hollywood casino location.

Best time was spending it with my son, unexpectedly! A lovely gentleman at the roulette table said to my son that he was sorry but the whole time he thought I was his wife, no way I was his mother!!! Love Hollywood Casino! 😉😉 Love playing Fire Link games especially when I'm playing with my son's or my husband's???money!!! 😂😂

The cashier and card services should be separate. The wait was ridiculous. I did get a decent amount of Freeplay and walked away with more than what I came in with so there's that! It's a clean environment and whoever is in charge of the playlist should get a raise. Lol
