  • Quaint and fun museum for all ages. We loved exploring the miniature world of everything, with both kids and alike being drawn to the world in a small scale. This location is very child friendly, with ample exhibits set on the eye level of the younger visitors. This does not, however, mean that the museum quality would have been compromised, it is truly a high standard introduction to the amazing world of miniatures. A shout-out to super friendly staff that seemed to fit to the location perfectly. It seems also that these good folks organize a variety of events that are worth of checking out. Oh, and finally, it should be noted that they have a great souvenir shop, too.
  • If you are looking for something different in Tucson, this is the place to be. Every piece in the exhibit is very well put together and detailed. Though there is a brief description of certain displays, not a lot of story is told. However a lot of representation throughout certain points of our past is displayed whether it is factual or based on fiction. My favorite spot to look at was the Winter Wonderland and Halloween town, but the other parts of the museum did not disappoint. Not sure how often they change the displays but it is always fascinating to look through. A lot of effort has been put into putting things behind the glass and it shows. The gift shop wasn't all that great, nothing there that screams "I was here" most of the trinkets were gag gifts of miniature things like smallest board game (which fits the theme) however even those things were limited. If you just walk through the exhibit, it might take you only 30 minutes, however there is so much detail to look through and appreciate, it took me a solid 2 hours. I suggest you take your time and if you want something extra to do, they have a list of things to look for like a scavenger hunt. Well worth the price of admission. Overall a great experience
  • We were looking for something to do in AC on a hot day. I wasn't quite sure what to think of a miniatures museum, but they have some of the coolest displays. I couldn't believe the many intricate details that goes into these houses, or displays. I also didn't know how popular the miniatures world was still to this day! I would definitely recommend a visit to this place, there's way to many impressive miniatures on display to not find something that you will be absolutely impressed by!
  • So fun! The museum was a lot bigger than my friend and I anticipated but we weren't complaining. The museum has so many different little themed dioramas; Halloween, Christmas, Fantasy, and so many more! It also showcases a lot of different cultures represented in mini form. The staff and the gift shop we're also really awesome. Overall it was a very worthwhile experience.
  • Amazing place! Bigger than it looks from the outside and there's so many things to look at! The army men and Addams Family exhibits are amazing! Definitely want to give yourself a good 2 to 3 hours to really soak this place in. Highly recommend visiting!
