  • Today was our first visit in quite a few years, maybe 6 or so. We went for Second Saturday, and the 13 year olds enjoyed it. We also enjoyed walking on the trails and looking at birds. Great place!

  • A great place for kids to let off steam and enjoy water activities. Many people stopped to take pictures.

  • my son's daycare was closed so I wanted to get him out of the house. I called up another Mom friend to see if she wanted to visit the center with me. we met at The water resource center at 9:30 thinking it opened at 9 per The website. they don't open till 10. staff let us in early because it was Cold and windy. I remember coming to this place as a kid and it being huge. as an adult I feel like it's smaller than I remember. either way it's a great Free place in Vancouver for kids to have fun and learn about water. it's like a mini Free omsi.
  • My 3 year and I visited on a Wednesday morning, and we were the only ones there for a couple of hours! Lots of fun interactive exhibits that are more geared toward older kids (maybe elementary/middle school age?), but my daughter was still entertained, and we had some good conversations about how we can take care of the earth. There were a few exhibits that weren’t in working order, but otherwise the facility was very nice!
  • Front desk rep was very welcoming and helpful, plenty of stuff for the kids to see and do. My daughter really enjoyed the educational scavenger hunt. Well worth the stop.
  • My family loves the water resource center. We've been coming here since my oldest (11) was a year. My children ranging from 2-11 all find something to enjoy there. I really love it because we can spend a couple hours there without it ever being super crowded, most days when we go we are the only people there. The staff at the front are always friendly and welcoming. The one thing I do miss is the infant/toddler play structure and play space they used to have years ago. It used to be my most favorite place to take my oldest when he was little.
  • I am renting the community room for an event, and I have to say the room is perfect, the views of the Columbia River are stunning. It includes a kitchen and room for up to 150 people. A++
