Had a couple hours to kill before attending a nearby memorial for one of my cousins. Easy to find parking near the trail. Took a walk one hour south. Zillions of people enjoying this trail and area...

Nice walk along the river, decent food available, very scenic, and water feature for kids to play in. If you follow the trail to the east (under the bridge) it goes on for a mile or two and there are.... more

I found this to be a pleasant and easy walk. The views are beautiful along the River. Many spots to stop along the way for a break or snack.
