Eckert's Orchard, Versailles

This is a great place to visit with the family when there is a harvest. Call ahead to find what is available to pick. We went in early June and picked strawberries, blackberries are next in late June early July. There is a cool slide for the kids. Farm animals to pet and feed. Their strawberry cider is delicious. It was a delightful afternoon with my 8 year old son. The strawberries will cost more than the grocery store, but taste MUCH better!

Very cool place. Went for Applefest. Daughter loved all the activities (corn maze, petting zoo, giant slide, pig races, jump pad), including the apple picking. Took forever to get her away from the playground. Definitely worth the trip from Crittenden.

WOW! A very beautiful apple orchard and store! During the fall this turns into a family farm, with a petting zoo, hay ride, giant slide, and a variety of fun for the kiddos! There also is a variety of food to enjoy such as, fried apple pies, pumpkin donuts, and apple cider! If you haven't been you must see, the beauty of the place will amaze you!!! Oh, there is a classroom on site for class trips, must book in advance!!! Enjoy

A must for families looking for fun friendly fall activities. The orchard has a store that sells a variety of goods made on the farm. But the real draw is the attractions for kids. There are hayrides, slides, a corn maze, petting zoo and other things the kids can bounce and climb on. There is some live music (usually a solo act) playing often. The location, tucked away in the rolling hills surrounding Versailles is spectacularly gorgeous.

This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly even carried a huge pumpkin to our truck for us. The pumpkin patch is huge and the apple orchard is amazing as well. So many different activities for kids to do that I didn’t get pictured, we will be back next year!
