  • You cannot leave Waco without checking out the history behind the Texas Rangers. There is a long outdated video you can watch but it was too long and it needs to be modernized.

  • Their gift store contained apparel and stickers that would appeal to any age group. Allow at least one hour to see the all exhibits honoring this brave rangers history. Even our ten years old son...

  • This was not my first time to the museum, however it has been at least 20 years. Never disappoints always interesting, new displays and added artifacts. Traveling through Waco in traffic, do yourself a favor, stop and learn about the Texas Rangers. You can sit in traffic later. This was my dad's favorite museum and we were a family that hit every museum in the area of wherever we were. Loved the selection of the gift shop too. The visitors bureau is on the premises too.. don't drive through Texas, stop and learn about Texas. See ya' down the road.
  • Had alot of fun here with the kids. They enjoyed learning and reading about everything and doing the scavenger hunt. The pistols you could pick up and feel and take apart were a very nice touch! Take a trip out here and enjoy reading about everything and seeing the exhibits.
  • A place to learn about Rangers origin, development and their importance in Texas history. There is a lot of interesting data to learn. The museum has a lot of information to read and also objects to see. If you like to read information, you can spend easily more than two hours. In my opinion, this museum is more enjoyable for adult public because historical information could be a little dense for kids, but objects are great. There is a room where they run a 45 minutes documental that it is included with your admission. It is worth it to see it. During my visit, the documetal started after I saw all the museum so, I was able to rest a little.
  • This place has always been a great place to go. I remember going as a child and was excited to take my children there. They had a great time. We all learned a lot and there were so many interactive displays.
  • It is a great place to visit with the family. When we were young we walked the Jerry Lewis Walkathon raising money for MS. We started at the Fort Fisher and we visited the graves under the trees. It looks so different now.
