Taste cider made with a traditional rack and cloth press at Cold Hollow Cider Mill, which was established by the descendants of Vermont's first governor. Apples harvested from local orchards are pressed all year long. Watch the vintage press in action before purchasing a bottle of cider for yourself. You can also see bees make honey behind a glass window. After exploring, relax in the wood-paneled visitor's reception area surrounded by barrels of delicious cider. If you are visiting this area during the fall foliage, I would assume this would be a must stop! My only negative is apparently everyone else knows that too! It was very busy. Multiple tour buses get.... more

OMG! This place is a gem. If finally know the difference between apple juice vs apple cider. They have a free tasting area in the back so you can actually taste real apple cider. It's way better than normal apple juice. They also make cider donuts that are delicious and it's not covered with sugar. The store has so many gift items that are very local to VT. Super friendly staff also.

Iconic Vermont stop that the whole family will enjoy! We stopped in after driving by many times and were impressed with the diverse goods available to buy, from food to kitchen gadgets and more! The store layout is efficient and our wait in line for the cider donuts was not that long. Neat facts about the state and also local history on thr property.

Yummy yummy yummy! Great stop for a quick treat. Fresh cider donuts! Covered outdoor seating with alcoholic Cider for sale at the Barn. $9.95 for four 4oz pours and cider cans are available for purchase to go. Free samples of non alcoholic Apple Cider in the main store. Only $8 a gallon for apple cider! Lots of lovely Vermont supplies to buy for your loved ones. Lots of cute kitchen stuff too.

Great place for fall festivities. They have amazing breakfast sandwiches, I loved the biscuit. Their donuts are good but we got cold ones so I can only imagine how amazing they are when they’re warm still. Also they got warm apple cider and lots of gifts to take home

Very good and large portioned sandwiches. Plenty of room to sit outside and inside. Country feel. Flights of 4 ciders are very well priced and delicious. Tried the in house apple cider, very good also. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
